Delivery Information

Dispatch Promise

We aim to process and dispatch orders made before 16:00 GMT on the same working day. If your order is made after 16:00, or at a weekend, it will be dispatched the next working day. Please note: during busy period's, delivery estimates can be wrong due to delivery delays and inconsistent working patterns.

Please note: the official cut-off point for our couriers is 16:00.

*International customs can increase shipping time, and delivery may take longer than expected - this is something we have no control over and will not be held responsible for parcels not arriving on time.

Tracking Details

Designerwear send all orders on a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and you can track your parcel here. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us here.

Custom Duties

Designerwear cannot be held responsible for customs or duty charged by a destination country outside of the European Union. All shipments from Designerwear will be declared to customs at the correct order value. If you are unsure about customs charges you can contact us here, alternatively you should contact your local customs office for all the relevant information on customs duty.

Delivery Options

Customers will have a variety of options available for their chosen courier. The Royal Mail 2-4 working days service is applicable for a 'safe place' option, ensuring your parcel is delivered to a safe place, e.g. a neighbour. Please note, using this option renders customers responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. Unfortunately, this is not available for customers using Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Before 1pm, DHL or DPD, who require a customer signature for all of their deliveries. 

Return Instructions

Making Your Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations Act 2013, customers have 14-days from the day of receipt to return their order. Please follow the returns procedure set out below, if there is in any way a problem with your order do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@designerwear.co.uk

Print off the cancellation/exchange form attached to the order confirmation you received via email. If you cannot find the confirmation email, request another by ringing our customer service freephone: 0300 303 2545 or email us here.
Package your item(s) in the bag the order was delivered in, and combine the return form within the package. If you are without the original packaging, we recommend using a similar mailing bag to protect the item(s).
3. Designerwear does not cover the cost of making a return, we recommend using a Royal Mail tracked mail service as some couriers will refuse to deliver to a PO BOX address.
4. Ensure you keep the proof of postage until the refund is processed. All returns should be sent to the address below:

Item Exchange

Prefer to exchange your item? No problem, follow the step-by-step returns procedure set out above and request an 'exchange' on the form attached to your email order confirmation. It is recommended that you contact us on our freephone contact number: 0300 303 2545 regarding exchanges, as we are able to offer live stock updates & can reserve your correct size for you. Return Terms & Conditions

We understand that clothing is a difficult entity to get right, and items will need to be tried on. Any items returned to us that are applicable for a refund must be unworn* and in the same condition as they were when sent out, unless the item has been established as faulty with our customer service team firstly.

*'Unworn' - items that are categorised as unworn are those that are visibly unworn, have no smell (including aftershave), and are in no way damaged. Items that have had tags or labels removed will be classified as worn, and are not applicable for a refund.

If there is a problem with an item(s) or an order you purchased from us, customers will need to contact our customer support team to report the problem, click here to email our team. Do not return your order until an investigation has been logged from our customer support. Under the Consumer Rights Act, 2015 - if an item is faulty, customers have up to 30-days from the day of purchase to return an item for a refund. Thereafter, each case will be assessed individually and a decision will be made at the discretion of Designerwear.co.uk
